Steven B. Rabinoff founded the firm in 1977. He has secured registered
architectural licenses in the states of California, Connecticut,
Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan,
New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.
He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration
Boards, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the
New York Society of Architects.
Members
of our development team each have areas of expertise. Kenneth
Ng, joined the firm in 1982, and has extensive proficiency in
zoning, land use, and building code knowledge, nationally. Mr.
Warren Whyte, Architect, has also joined the firm in 1982 and
offers expertise in public facility development. Mr. Whyte and
his development team are currently completing major alterations
to Newark International Airport Continental Terminal C, which
represents a new concept in airport retail development.
Our
mechanical and electrical engineering teams provide hands on development
and coordination of all building systems, from the preliminary
design development phase.
The
firm has extensive expertise in food service facilities. Each
client is provided with an architectural team leader who coordinates
client needs and schedules with our expediting staff.
